Pando language development team
The Pando Community is a Scheduled Tribe of India. According to their way of life, these people are found to be very backward from social, economic, and literacy perspectives. Keeping their progress and the development of their language in mind, the Pando Language Development Team was organised. To form this team, members of the community who have extensive knowledge of the language, along with some youth from the same community who are familiar with modern computer technology, work together, for the development of the language. Please carefully read the material given below that has been developed by this team.
Phonology
When the Pando language development team began its work, we found no written material. Therefore, to bring this oral language into written form, we carried out linguistic development of the language. To do this, at first, we started to collect words for the community. We started to collect the words for the area where the dialect is acceptable for all the other regions. We collected the words for phonology analysis. We need to finalise the sound in the language. For this analysis we collected around 2400 words. And then after taking 1800 good data we started to do the analysis. And this is a tentative write-up for that analysis.

Orthography
After completing phonology analysis, we finalised what the sounds in the language. After we got the sounds, we started to finalise the letters of the language. The script that is used widely in the region is the Devanagari script. So, we decided to take the letters from Devnagari script. Thus, our team finalised the letters.

Grammar analysis
After this analysis, we decided to do some grammar analysis. For this, we collected many stories from the community. We tried to collect narrative, hortative, and descriptive stories. From the collected stories, we selected some good data and started to gloss it and did grammatical analysis. We analysed the sentence structure, nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs and all the grammatical features. This is a tentative write-up of grammar analysis.

Our aim is not only for children to learn the language, but also to encourage adults to learn how to read and write. To support this, we invite them to begin with their own heart language.
